For over 50 years Lee Rose has been a director of photography and lighting designer for concerts, television and films. His television lighting has been seen on shows like Chelsea Lately, Dick Clark’s New Years Rockin Eve, The Golden Globe Awards, The Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon and Larry King Live. His concert lighting includes Yanni specials from the Acropolis, The Taj Mahal and The Forbidden City as well as filmed concerts like Roy Orbison & Friends: A Black & White Night, Genesis, Queensryche, Les Paul and Carly Simon’s HBO special “My Romance” Also working in feature films, Lee has consulted and designed for films including; Vanilla Sky, Bringing Down the House, Almost Famous & Southland tales.
A scuba diver since 1987 and underwater photographer since the late 90’s, Lee has recently gotten back to dive photography and started night astro photography
