In order to increase the amount of surface time after the extra deep dive at the Blue Hole (140′), they took us on a excursion to the nature reserve on Half Moon Caye. It’s know for the island land Iguanas and the Red Footed Boobie colony. Also plenty of Hermit Crabs running around and Frigate birds soaring above. Nice trip but our first encounter with the Belize weather of 90° and 90% humidity. Something you don’t notice out on the water!
